A Thoughtful Investment in Your Well Being

Extended sessions and wellness packages are not about doing more,  they’re about creating the space needed for the body to unwind, reorganize, and heal at its own pace. These offerings honor both your time and the depth of work required for lasting results. These sessions are ideal for clients seeking comprehensive care, enhance performance, recovery support, or deeper relaxation.

Consistency is one of the most powerful tools for healing and resilience. Our wellness packages are designed to make regular bodywork more accessible while supporting long-term balance and recovery.

Prenatal Massage (Side-Lying Only)

Priced the same as a standard one-hour session and designed to support comfort, circulation, relaxation, and overall well-being during pregnancy. Sessions are performed in a safe side-lying position using supportive bolsters and pillows.

barter for wellness

At SAGmonkey®, we believe wellness doesn’t always have to be measured in dollars. Sometimes a fair exchange is simply two people sharing something of value.

If you’d like to trade goods or services for a wellness session, let’s talk.

Fresh produce, wild game, locally raised beef, artisan goods, skilled services, or something uniquely yours, we’re open to creative exchanges that feel fair and mutually beneficial.

We also offer pay-what-you-can arrangements when appropriate.

All barter, trade, and pay-what-you-can sessions must be arranged in advance and are available by appointment only. Please reach out before booking so we can agree on an exchange that works for both of us.

It’s a simple idea: you bring something of value, we bring something of value, and both of us leave better than we arrived.

That’s community. That’s reciprocity. That’s SAGmonkey®.
